I’m a Learning Experience Designer with a passion for creating training that goes beyond content delivery. My work focuses on building engaging, inclusive, and human-centered learning experiences that not only empower individuals but also align with organizational goals.
I design with people at the center. Using inclusive design principles, co-design methods, and iterative prototyping, I focus on creating solutions that truly work for learners in their real contexts. So, the end result isn’t just engaging, but also effective, measurable, and sustainable.

Navigating IRB
Applying for IRB can be a complicated process that is typically taught through the use of online training offered through the university. This training offers the learner an overview of the application and system, but doesn’t contain details or context about the process that may be foreign to undergraduate or graduate students and early researchers.

Welcome to VERSE (Virtual Environments for Realistic Simulated Experiences). This project is located around the premise that virtual environments can be a safe space to rehearse and practice skills; especially for people who might find exploring the real-world activities anxiety-inducing and worrying. After all, not all places are attuned to people with neurodiversity.
