About Me
Who I Am
I’m a Learning Experience Designer who creates inclusive, high-impact training solutions that drive measurable performance and lasting behavior change. With experience spanning university teaching, corporate safety training, and specialized learning environments, I design learning that meets real-world needs while remaining accessible to all learners.
Academic Foundation
I bring a Ph.D. in Educational Technology, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration, and a Diploma in Servant Leadership. Together, these experiences give me strong competence in human-centered design research, along with the ability to create inclusive, engaging, and scalable learning solutions I bring that are both effective for learners and aligned with organizational goals.
Diverse Learner Experience
I have designed training for a wide range of learners including professionals in safety-critical industries, truck drivers with limited training access, and autistic youth navigating unique learning challenges. These experiences taught me that impactful learning isn’t just about delivering content, it is about understanding people, their constraints, and designing for how they truly learn and work.
What I Create
I design VR environments, e-learning courses, and training programs that empower growth and improve performance. My approach emphasizes inclusive design, co-design with stakeholders, and iterative prototyping, ensuring every project is effective, scalable, and sustainable.
My Belief
At the heart of my work is a belief that learning should be equitable, empowering, and mission-driven. I carry this principle into every collaboration to deliver training that truly makes a difference.
